Dataships are an Irish-based technology company that specialise in data privacy. Dataships provide us with software that automates a number of our data privacy (GDPR) obligations. This software is featured on our website in the form of a Privacy Centre. It provides our customers with a portal where they can view key privacy related documents (e.g. Privacy Policy) and exercise many of their Data Privacy Rights. Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager is a tag management system (TMS) offered by American multinational company, Google LLC. It allows us to quickly and easily update measurement codes and related code fragments collectively known as tags on our website or mobile app. Once the small segment of Tag Manager code has been added to our projects, we can safely and easily deploy analytics and measurement tag configurations from a web-based user interface.

HotJar
Hotjar is a technology service that analyses website use, providing feedback through tools such as heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys. We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimise this service and experience. Hotjar helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.
