Cloudflare, Inc. is an American content delivery network and DDoS mitigation company, founded in 2009. It primarily acts as a reverse proxy between a website's visitor and the Cloudflare customer's hosting provider. Flagsmith
Flagsmith is an open source, fully featured, Feature Flag and Remote Config service. We use Flagsmith to provide granular control when rolling out new features. Servers are based in the United Kingdom.

Gong
Gong captures customer interactions then delivers insights at scale, empowering teams to make decisions based on data instead of opinions. We use Gong to record online calls with customers to deliver insights into what customers want, what they need more information about, what we can do better etc. Gong enables us to harness customer interactions to increase business efficiency, improve decision-making and accelerate revenue growth.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by American multinational company, Google LLC. It tracks and reports website traffic, currently as a platform inside the Google Marketing Platform brand.

Google Drive
Google Drive is a file hosting service operated by the American multinational technology corporation, Google. We use Google Drive to store files in the cloud, synchronize files across devices, and share files.

Hotjar
Hotjar is a technology service that analyses website use, providing feedback through tools such as heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys. We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar helps us better understand our users' experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users' behaviour and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

HubSpot
HubSpot is an American developer and marketer of software products for inbound marketing, sales, and customer service. HubSpot products and services aim to provide us with tools for customer relationship management, social media marketing, content management, lead generation, web analytics, search engine optimization, live chat, and customer support.

IP Stack
IP Stack provides an easy-to-use API that gives accurate, real-time information about the location of an IP address. We use this service to determine what country the End Customer is in to show them the relevant Dataships widget on a store’s checkout.

Jira Atlassian
Jira is a proprietary issue tracking product developed by Atlassian, an Australian software company, that allows bug tracking and agile project management. National Exclusion Lists
As part of providing our services we check contacts from a specific country against that country’s national opt-out list (if one exists e.g. Austria) to ensure contacts are not marked marketable when they should not be. Only Company’s End Customer email address is processed.
Sentry
Sentry is an error tracking and performance monitoring platform that helps developers see what actually matters, solve quicker, and learn continuously about their applications. We use Sentry for this purpose.

SparkPost (Message Systems, Inc) is a company, based in the USA, that provides an email address management and message sending service. The service enables us to manage a database of email contacts, phone contacts or any other contact information. These services may also collect data concerning the date and time when messages were viewed by the User, as well as when the User interacted with it, such as by clicking on links included in the message.
