Dataships
Dataships are an Irish-based technology company that specialise in data privacy. Dataships provide us with software that automates a number of our data privacy (GDPR) obligations. This software is featured on our website in the form of a Privacy Centre. It provides our customers with a portal where they can view key privacy related documents (e.g. Privacy Policy) and exercise many of their Data Privacy Rights.

UserCentrics is a Consent Management Platform located in Germany. We use Usercentrics to track users data through various web technologies on the website in a privacy-compliant manner.

We use Facebook to measure the performance and reach of our ad campaigns and provide insights about the people who use our services. Hotjar
Hotjar is a technology service that analyses website use, providing feedback through tools such as heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys. We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimise this service and experience. Hotjar helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

AWS
Amazon Web Services, Inc. is a subsidiary of Amazon providing on-demand cloud computing platforms and APIs to individuals, companies, and governments, on a metered pay-as-you-go basis. We use AWS for our server needs and database primarily, although other services provided by AWS may also be used as the need arises.
